Introduction/purpose: Hydrogen is the most abundant element in universe (75 % by mass) and lightest (with a density of 0.00082 g/cm3 ) which consists only one proton electron. Because its presence many different forms such as gaseous hydrogen, plasma species, water, acid, alkaline, ammonia hydrocarbons, it has various applications industrial disciplines. Methods: Different hydrometallurgical pyrometallurgical methods are considered order to point out processes formation reduction metallic oxides chlorides, electrochemical reactions hydrogen overvoltage spillover effect. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis enables very fine aerosols can be used for production powders. Results: was observed during dissolution alloys with hydrochloric acid. The chlorides leads Metallic powders were collected new developed electrostatic precipitator. Conclusion: applied Recycling hydrogen. A research strategy powder proposed combining recycling black mass Li-Ion batteries, ultrasonic pyrolysis, reduction.
